Thank you so very much for the use of your wonderful villa. We’ve really had a brilliant holiday. Everything has worked well. The taxi that you arranged for us at the airport was very reliable & Javea cars were most efficient. We had fabulous meals out. We loved the pool & had lots of fun.

We had a very peaceful, relaxing holiday staying at Casa Maria Villa. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outside area was great, especially the pool! Everything we needed was a very short drive away. Javea is a beautiful place.You won't go wrong staying here!!

Dear Fred,
Thank you for letting us use your beautiful villa. All seven of us had an amazing time. The villa was very comfortable and felt like home from home and the gardens were beautiful. The only problem we had was getting the children out of the pool, as they wanted to stay in there all day and they have pestered us since we came back to have one built in our back garden! Your villa truly is the gates of heaven.

Heaven is your villa! The children and I had such a lovely relaxing holiday. Your villa is beautiful!
We would recommend the theme park and Aqualand.
The sun shone every day and we did Pilates by the pool, in the sun – my idea of heaven!

Leaving behind the cold, frosty November weather, it was a great surprise to see a clear blue sky every day and experience warm weather in Javea. The Villa is tastefully decorated throughout and has a relaxing atmosphere. The gardens are well maintained and the swimming pool is spectacular.

Thanks for allowing us to stay at this beautiful Villa. It is like paradise. It was more than were expecting, very relaxing and in a great area. We can’t fault the position of the pool area – we got the Sun all day and right into the late evening. The place is wonderful. Thanks again Fred.

Thanks for the use of your Villa. We have had a lovely relaxing week. As it was mid-February, it was a bit ‘fresh’ at first, but there were warm Sunny days to finish. The walk to Granadella was a highlight.

We came here not expecting such a wonderful view of the pool and the Villa as we came through the side gate. My Mum and Dad loved the place and so did the kids. Thanks for the opportunity to rest in this place, which is like Heaven.

Everything you told us about the Villa was True, The BBQ area was a big hit with the children who were outside splashing about for most of the day we hardly went to the beech as we found the swimming pool and the pool house so inviting that we did not leave the Villa for 4 days and had to drag the kids away, We thought booking in May may not be that warm but it reached 28 degrees on some days. Also having Sky Satellite was a big plus for us as it meant that we could follow the football and Elaine could watch her soaps as she does back home. Once again many thanks for the hire of the Villa We shall be going again as soon as we can, possibly before Christmas.

What a lovely villa you own, when I arrived I did not know what to expect but arriving at your gates of heaven it took my breath away, My husband says if you want to sell it at any time he would like first refusal, The beds were crisp and clean and your housemaid gave us some tips on where to eat out in Javea and it was the best holiday we have ever had. We spent one lovely week in your fabulous Villa in Javea on the Costa Blanca in March 2008 and the weather was great, my 2 Children never got out of the pool which I have to say is to die for!! The Villa and location is stunning. Can I thank you for the help you gave us with the hire cars at the airport it was so quick and easy from leaving Manchester Airport to arriving at the Villa it took us just 3hrs 20 mins.We are going to book the Villa again for our 2 week holiday in 2009...many thanks again!

If you are thinking of choosing a villa for your holiday book this if not already booked!! We have stayed in a variety of villas in Javea and found this villa absolutely delightful. The villa has been kept to a very high standard and has a really good factor feeling about it. We absolutely loved the pool area, terraces and BBQ which we used almost daily. The sun was on the pool all day and is very private. The kids had an absolutely brilliant time and loved being able to play their tunes through the MP3 stereo connection. UK television was a huge bonus and we enjoyed some fabulous restaurants which we could easily walk to in the evening. All the furnishings inside and out were to a high standard with lots of parasols on the terrace area offering shade from the sun when it was a little bit too hot - no complaints though. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this to all of our friends and family.

CASA MARIA VILLA.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your villa in Javea. Javea was a real beautiful place to stay. There was so much to see and do there such as Javea old town, a visit to the beach at Arenal and see the stunning views at Cabo de la Nao, it was certainly well worth the visit and is suitable for everyone. The villa was both extremely peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you could want, and was very clean. It really is a 5 star place and is highly recommended. There were also great places to visit nearby such as Guadalest, Calpe with Penyal d’Ilfac and the beautiful City of Elche. People who book your villa will not be disappointed with what was on offer and that’s guaranteed! I will definitely be making another booking again with you next year.
